For what purposes do we process your data?
EQPAY APP will process the user’s data, manually and/or automatically, for the following specific purposes:

• Managing your registration as a user in the EQPAY application, owned by EQPAY APP.
• Managing the contracting of products and/or services made through the website, including invoicing and delivery.
• Responding to queries and concerns submitted via the «Contact» section.
• Sending periodic electronic communications (via email, post, and/or SMS) with offers, promotions, and news related to our online platforms unless otherwise indicated or the user objects or withdraws consent.

Through the EQPAY application, EQPAY APP processes the following categories of data:

• Traffic and geolocation data.
• Metadata of electronic communications.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) in EQPAY APP forms are mandatory for fulfilling contractual or legal purposes.
Failure to provide this information will prevent registration in the service or the fulfillment of the user’s request.

If the user provides third-party data (e.g., license plates of vehicles not owned by the user), they declare that they have obtained consent from the data owner and agree to inform them of the content of this Privacy Policy. EQPAY APP disclaims any responsibility in this regard. However, EQPAY APP may perform checks to verify this and adopt appropriate due diligence measures according to data protection regulations.

What legal grounds authorize the processing of your data?
The legal basis for EQPAY APP to process user data for registration and account creation lies in the user’s consent, which is requested in each case.

Managing product or service contracts, invoicing, and related deliveries is legitimized by the execution of the contract itself.
